We currently have an opening for an experienced digital marketer who will propel the Quicksilver brand through an innovative and well-executed digital strategy.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will strategize and execute online marketing campaigns that drive new customer acquisition and revenue. This role will work closely with our internal and outside marketing teams to optimize digital/online marketing campaigns and strategies to acquire new customers and deliver campaign volume goals. Digital encompasses click-through campaigns, paid search, display/banner ads, mobile, email campaigns and social media programs. This individual will regularly report on email and digital campaign analytics.

Core responsibilities include:

  • At the strategic direction of the CMO and Marketing Manager(s): plan, develop, implement and monitor multi-channel acquisition campaigns across programs and products, to attain monthly business goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance marketing campaigns on the website and utilize all digital platforms available.
  • Daily responsibility for updating messaging on all social media channels.
  • Responsible for building email marketing campaigns for both sales funnel and product specific programs.
  • Work closely with the Senior Graphic Designer to ideate new, exciting and attention-grabbing advertisements and build high-performing landing pages.
  • Coordinate digital/online campaigns with Sales & Marketing staff and outside partners.
  • Regularly test website links and landing pages. Track website traffic while monitoring best practices and competitive trends.
  • Identify new opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to drive growth of online marketing channels.
  • Coordinate with outside partners to enhance SEO and SEM performance, including review of keywords and Google AdWords.
  • Develop and execute targeted customer acquisition marketing campaigns with sound measurement to monitor and report on effectiveness, leading to the continuous improvement of user experience and overall ROI and ROAS.
  • Analyze and report on campaign results, conversion rates, and other KPIs
  • Responsible for tracking budgeted spending for on-line initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date on acquisition best practices, technologies, and trends that are constantly in flux.
  • Ensure all materials are in regulatory compliance across the website and all digital campaigns/channels.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in digital marketing, marketing, business or related field with 3+ years of experience in paid social, social, and email marketing. Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and Google AdWords as well as email campaign software programs and Google Data Studio reporting system. Experience with web-based design programs, Adobe Suite and HTML or CMS a plus.

Ideal candidates have the following traits:

  • Applied knowledge of best practices in developing, optimizing and monitoring direct response advertising on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google AdWords, You Tube and LinkedIn, and across PPC mobile and affiliate advertising channels
  • Ability to come up with new, creative concepts for image, copy and video advertisements
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office product suite with Advanced Excel and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively articulate thoughts and ideas to cross-functional team members and stakeholders
  • Excellent organization and analytical abilities
