The Customer Experience Associate is responsible for following up on inbound leads, servicing existing customers, on-boarding new customers and handling customer service inquiries/complaints.

Core responsibilities include:

  • Provide engaging customer contact by understanding and responding to customer needs with exceptional service delivery.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, web, and email.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate sales interest.
  • Maintain and expand a database of prospects - keep accurate records and document customer service actions/discussions (Infusionsoft).
  • Become an expert on all QS products clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through resolution.
  • Handle, track and resolve all customer complaints incorrect shipments, missing shipments, product issues, etc.
  • As needed/requested by manager - represent sales team at trade shows and conferences with some weekend work/travel required.
  • Through daily interaction with customers, suggest improvements in the sales/customer service process.


Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred, or High School Diploma with relevant work experience. Minimum 1-year sales/customer support experience and proficiency in MS Office Suite.

  • Numerical abilities, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process with a Customer Service mindset.
  • Results driven, proactive, with the ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of customers (practitioners, distributors, consumers).
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work and market environment.
