The Marketing Collateral Coordinator will manage the tactical execution of marketing communications printed projects - including but not limited to: product packaging, label updates/inventory, product sheets, retail flyers, posters and point of purchase displays, sales literature, folders, brochures and catalogs.

Core Responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate cross functionally with product team, channel management, and sales and marketing team to effectively coordinate the development, design, approval, production and distribution of printed marketing materials.
  • Partner with QA and product team to gather project needs and specifications for new labels, label updates and other packaging projects.
  • Act as a liaison between production, quality assurance, design team and label vendor for label flow and label ordering.
  • Partner with account managers on all private label and custom manufacturing labels.
  • Create and manage UPC's and SKU's for new products and marketing materials.
  • Brief the "creative team" in design, copy, image and content needs in the development of printed sales tools and point of purchase materials.
  • Ensure consistency and translate information across all collateral materials.
  • Collaborate with digital/web content team to ensure materials, product information and sales tools are uploaded in a timely manner.
  • Assist when needed with printed materials required for conferences, tradeshows and outside events.
  • Work with and manage print vendors, and agency partners to establish quotes, production schedules and final delivery of materials.
  • As needed, route materials for review by Dr. Shade, regulatory and legal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report project expenses and process invoices with accounts payable.
  • Help set-up and improve workflow processes when and where needed.
  • Ensure department compliance with established standard policies and procedures.


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or related field and 1 year of experience in related function at an agency or internal marketing department with proficiency in MS Office - experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
