Our growth is fueled by individuals who share our passion. Currently, we are excited to announce an opening for a Practitioner Account Manager in our Lafayette, CO office!

The Practitioner Account Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with current and potential practitioner accounts in their designated territory. The individual will be responsible for maintaining long term relationships with customers by understanding their requirements, working in the best interests of the company, monitoring sales metrics, managing the entire sales/customer service process and collaborating with various departments to ensure success.


Core Responsibilities include:

  • Build strong relationships with practitioner accounts in assigned territory, expanding the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet mutually desirable objectives.
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of accounts needs and requirements, developing trusting relationships to ensure growth.
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects - keep accurate records and document actions/discussions.
  • Take ownership of territory accounts managing their business from order solicitation through delivery.
  • Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through resolution.
  • Set and track sales/customer service targets for the internal cross-functional teams.
  • Enter orders in QuickBooks and/or web system and follow delivery through Ship Station.
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly sales goals as determined by manager.
  • Through daily interaction with customers, suggest improvements in the sales process.
  • Share customer feedback to generate ideas for new products/protocols.
  • Become an expert on all QS products and systems clearly communicate product features, benefits, pricing.
  • Serve as the link of communication between the customer and internal stakeholders.
  • Suggest and implement improvements in the product/sales/marketing/customer service process.
  • Coordinate customer specific marketing programs collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet material and delivery deadlines. Follow timeline guidelines, developed by marketing team to ensure required assets are produced in a timely, efficient, cost effective manner.
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with data team to analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
  • Ensure sales, finance and legal policies and procedures are met.
  • Control resources/work within predetermined budget parameters.
  • Represent QS team at requested events, tradeshows and conferences - overnight travel may be required.
  • Ensure customer compliance with established standard policies and procedures.



Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration or related field with 3-5 years' experience in business/sales is required. Person must be proficient in MS Office suite. Sales and marketing experience in the medical or nutraceutical industry including experience using CRM software and Magento is strongly desired. Person must be able to work in our office (in Lafayette, CO) and travel to trade shows/conferences as needed.

  • Education specifically in Nutrition and experience working with practitioners within the health and wellness industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communications skills.
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales methods and techniques.
  • Working knowledge of sales/customer service software, databases and tools.
  • Ability to think analytically, strategically and to work as a team.
  • Numerical abilities, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the sales process with a customer solutions mindset.
  • Results driven, proactive, with the ability to relate to and work with a wide variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving work and market environment.
